These terms and conditions apply to all purchases at Kobolt Bikes. By placing an order you accept the terms.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euro (€) and shown incl. VAT. Prices shown are indicative and confirmed on order. We accept crypto (BTC/USDT), SEPA bank transfer, card and Klarna.
Formation of contract
A binding agreement is formed when we confirm your order in writing. We reserve the right to decline orders.
⚠ Off-road responsibility: Most electric dirt bikes and e-motocross models are intended solely for off-road use on private land and are not road-legal in Denmark without registration, insurance and, where required, homologation. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure lawful use. E-bikes are road-legal at max. 250 W and 25 km/h.

Governing law
Any dispute shall be settled under Danish law by the Danish courts.
